I met a new friend yesterday ...

Mr D and I waked to a pub in our neighbouring village yesterday, and as we walked back home, we noticed that someone had recently taken up residence in a local field.





I don't know his name, but he came trotting over when I called out a hello to him and we had a cuddle while I fed him a few handfuls of grass.



When Mr D and I got home, my jacket had to go into the laundry because it had horse drool all over the shoulder - a mark of true horsey friendship!
