I couldn't choose one particularly humiliating old photo of me, so here's a few for your entertainment:
I'm making an educated guess at the ages unless I know for sure!

Age 2 - some unknown beach in England



Age 4 - preschool photo



Age 11 - in my posh frock with my two best Christmas presents



Age 16 - ready for my first (and I think only) gymkhana



Age 21 - on holiday with my friend Jane somewhere in the westcountry

ETA: your "posh frock" reminds me of how much I wanted a fancy dress when I was little, and my mom promised me a Gunne Sax dress when I was old enough (Gunne Sax was a big deal to her, though I think even then it was considered old-fashioned). I got one for Christmas right after my 11th birthday, I think it was, and it looked a lot like the dress in your picture. :-D

I'm not familiar with the Gunne Sax brand. I was about 11 in that picture too, that would have made it 1979.
