Day 14 - We're on a roll with the holiday stuff. So… what's your favorite holiday movie or TV episode?

Although it's not strictly a Chirstmas movie, I always associate the Wizard of Oz with Christmas here in the UK.  As a child, that was my favourite movie, and back in the day before VCRs, I used to look forward to Christmas every year so that I could watch it.

Then when my family got our first VCR when I was about 11, we recorded it that year.  And I tortured my parents with it on a daily basis for years afterward!  XD

And an honourable mention has to go to 'A Very Supernatural Christmas'.  I invariably laugh and cry within 45 minutes when I watch that fabulous episode!

Do they still air the Wizard of Oz at Christmas time? I was unaware that it was aired at Christmas time in the UK. That is pretty cool. And lucky you! (I am of the firm belief that the real purpose of VCRs is for children to torture their parents rewatching their favorite recorded shows over and over again. I spent plenty of time doing it myself;) )
