We have fish!!
Jun. 7th, 2022 08:28 pmFollowing on from the saga of the bloody heron who decimated our pond and ate our poor fish last year, we decided that as Mr D rebuilt the pond last month, it was time to restock over the jubilee holiday weekend.
So now, I am delighted to announce we have eight new little scaly friends living in our pond now. They're still very shy, and not all in this picture but I've got to say, it's lovely having little buddies back in the pond now.
We've also beefed up the heron protection, so the lanky bastard is going to go hungry if he comes here expecting a fish supper again!
Say 'hello' to seven of our eight little friends!
