It made me smile especially that this all happened in the week that we would have celebrated our beautiful

jj1564's birthday (yesterday). Don't you just know that had she still been here, she would be sitting in her cherry impala, feverishly tapping away and creating one of her fantastic songspams in tribute to Jensen's glorious ass.

I'm not going to try to compile one because I couldn't hope to compare!

So, my dear friend, this one's for you. Of course, there was no question that I would raise a glass for your birthday. Now I'm going to praise an ass as well!

If I don't survive tomorrow, it's been a real privilege knowing you guys!
But, seriously, what a way to go...

So, it's been a delightful weekend. Because of the Jubilee, we've had two public holidays which were very welcome as far as I was concerned. Our weekend has been a mixture of relaxing and busy. It started off on a bad note on Thursday when I got up and saw that Nutmeg obviously wasn't himself. He was lethargic and showed absolutely no interest in his breakfast.

I kept an eye on him for an hour or so, and could see he was just lying around but kept shifting his position as if he was in pain and couldn't get comfortable. So I decided there and then to get him to a vet, as he was displaying some - although not all - of the classic signs of GI stasis (which is gut blockage or immobility) which can be very rapidly fatal in rabbits.

Because I had time on my hands earlier today and because I may be a teeny tiny bit obsessed, I found a particularly delicious screenshot of Soldier Boy’s discovery on my Facebook feed. Like most of these pictures it was heavily in shadow, so I increased the exposure (pun intended) just to get a better peek…

Um, if you have any first aiders handy, I think I might need one ...
