WOW! 14 lbs since Christmas, that is really AWESOME!!! Good for you. That really spurs me on. I have been floundering in my weight loss journey since the beginning of the year, what with starting a new job and trying to get into a new routine. I'm just really struggling getting to the gym, and I just want to eat and eat and eat. I really need to get my motivation and mojo back. Hearing about your success helps. I would love to lose at least another 20 pounds before VanCon in August. I know it can be done, whether or not I do it, is another thing.

You can lose that 10 pounds easy by May. Good luck!
