Happy Post: A fun day at Comic Con

Today I headed to London Film and Comic Con. It was cancellied in 2020 and postponed from July this year, so I was happy that it finally went ahead.

It was significantly smaller than other Comic Cons I've been to, but that actualy worked nicely - hardly any queuing, and it just made for a nice leisurely atmosphere to ease back into the Comic Con scene with.

I had a couple of photo ops, and an autograph lined up, and all in all it was a wonderful day!  The fact that there weren't too many people there meant that I had a good few minutes to chat during my autograph with George Takei and he really is a delightful soul.

I was so thrilled to be here




I found a very seasonal-looking stormtrooper to hob-nob with!

I'm still waiting for another Dutch Comic Con to continue, it's been postponed many times in a row now since 2020. Went one time and had a great time and met Katherine McNamara with photo, I saw Jennifer Morrison from OUAT at a panel and Shannon Doherty. Been wanting to go back ever since but You Know What has been postponing it ever since.

Let's keep everything crossed that it eventually goes ahead. Jus in Bello has been postponed four times and it's really frustrating, so I know how you feel!
