That picture is a little unsettling to me. Dean all knocked out laying out on a metal tray, of sorts. It's not like when he is sleeping, where he is adorable. His face is all tense. If I'm correct this is from the episode where he was laying on the steel guerney waiting to be killed by the Stynes. I was so pleased when Dean was able to get the upper hand with them in that room. They were a nasty family.
