Today's question:

Day 16 - A song that makes you cry (or nearly)

No competition for this one.  It's not a song as such, but a very lovely piece of music called Concierto de Aranguez by Rodrigo; known colloquially as 'Orange Juice' by Brits who struggle with the Spanish pronunciation!!

It was my Grandad's favourite piece of music and it also featured prominently in the British film 'Brassed Off' which, by extension, became one of his favourite films.  We played it at his funeral, and so now, although it will forever have the association for me of losing the person, aside from my parents, I was closest to in the world, I also love it because I know how much pleasure it gave him.

I love that piece of music, both in it's original setting as a piece for the guitar and the brass arrangement used in the film.
Definitely a tear-jerker.

I had a listen to butterfly kisses, never heard it before but it's a nice, soulful song!
