Happy (Belated) Birthday Misha

So, the lovely Misha celebrated his 46th birthday yesterday; of course I would have loved to celebrate with him yesterday - he just happens to have a birthday on the one day of the year when I really do try to put Mr D first!!

But anyhoo, Misha is one of those characters that puts a little bit of extra sunshine in the world.  As well as being easy on the eye he's responsible for bringing everyone's favourite fallen angel to life, being a beloved friend to J2, being one of life's 'generous-spirited' people and, possibly best of all, being totally and utterly barkingly bonkers.

MIsha and his shenanigans have also been responsible for spawning a meme ... yes, Misha has his own meme; 'Meanwhile Misha...'

The 'Meanwhile Misha' meme arose from the fact that normal stuff happens in life, but meanwhile, in the background there's Misha usually creating havoc.

So, with all good wishes to Misha after his special day, herewith is a homage to our beloved basketcase...

Aw, I never watched MASH, but I assume Corporal Klinger was a bit of a nutcase??

Well, he spent the whole series pretending to be - barkingly bonkers, as you put it, in a manner not unlike Misha. It was all a plot to get out of the army, but he never succeeded. Then, in the last episode, he met and fell in love with a Korean girl and wound up re-enlisting just so he could stay with her. There's true love for you :D
