Supernatural Meme - Day 22 and 23

dizzojayDay 22 - least favourite episode or season.
That's easy. Bloodlines 9.20 - I mean, really? What the hell was that? To quote Serge in 'French Mistake', "an atrocity is happening."
I think the writers must have had a concussion when they produced this monstrosity.
Day 23 - Favourite Winchester family member (besides Sam and Dean).
I've actually really struggled with this one. I've tried to go back over the Winchesters' family, and I'm definitely struggling.
I have such mixed feelings about John. I empathise with his loss and his trauma, but I really didn't like the way he treated Dean when he reappeared in the second half of season 1; Dean just couldn't seem to do a thing right for him. And when Dean knew 'John' wasn't the real John because he said he was proud of Dean, that just about broke my heart for Dean. No wonder the poor guy has self-esteem issues. I know he then redeemed himself when he gave his life for Dean, but the damage was done by then. I just struggle to have much affection for John.
I liked young Mary, but after she came back into the boys' lives in season 12, I really didn't like the way she treated them, and she went quite a way down in my estimation
The Campbells - yeah, no thanks!
Adam was nice enough, but we didn't really see enough of him to form an opinion. I didn't dislike him, but never really got to think he was great either.
I think I'm going to have to go with Henry. He seemed interesting and fun, and had a really cool back-story. I'd like to have seen more of Henry. Plus he brought the MoL into the boys' lives and in doing so, gave them a home. So yes, I'm going to run with Henry as a favourite!

Date: 2020-06-28 04:38 am (UTC)Yes, we didn't really get to know Adam. Our introduction to him ending up being fake, and by the time we met the real Adam, he was bitter over everything that happened to him. Henry is a good choice.
