Happy (Belated) Squirrel Appreciation Day

Here in the UK, 21st January is designated Squirrel Appreciation Day.  Of course, because I'm, well, me, I only became aware of this fact this morning< so this is a belated squirrel appreciation post.

Now, I am quite sure that Squirrel Appreciation Day was instigated to celebrate our little furry, nut-loving friends.  But, we're all about diversity here at the dizzojay journal, so herewith is a short appreciation of everybody's favourite squirrel who is not particularly furry, and I'm making no comment or conjecture about the nut-loving bit ...

(or perhaps that's just me!)
