Drawing Faces ...

I had this wild idea to do some character portraits and take them to Jus in Bello with me next year to get them autographed, so I've just been working on Castiel!

I may not use this one because the likeness began to drift as I fiddled with it, especially around the eyes, but I'm kinda pleased with it as it's a long time since I've done any adult portraits!!!

I'll probably end up doing this one again, but not for a while, I hate doing the same drawing twice.

Now, who to do next?    Hmmmm ... *thinks*

Spooky eyes! Very Cas-like in their intensity. Mmm - there is something off about the nose and the middle of the brows but I think if you cover those bits up the chin and eyes are pretty good... I found Misha surprisingly difficult to draw - Jared is actually the easiest of the 3!
