Happy Post: They're Finished!

I mentioned a few days ago that I was working on a commission and I just wasn't feeling it.

I don't know exactly why that was, but I suspect it was a combination of factors; I'm very busy in my day job at the moment and working long hours so the creative muse is a bit weary, the picture is for Barry's Mum's neighbour, and I don't really like getting involved in anything that she organises, and the photo wasn't very good but when I questioned it, the owner was happy for me to use it.

But anyway, the picture is finished.  Two miniature Yorkies - Toby and Honey, and yes, Toby really does look that angry in his photo (which is why I questioned it!!!)

I never really realized that a dog can have an angry face until this picture. Makes you wonder what he was so angry at. You captured them both very well.

Neither did I! I was really unsure about working from this photo, but I asked the owner twice, and he said go ahead both times. I think a lot of it was the angle of the photo, not a great picture. I think that's a lot of the reason why I wasn't really feeling this picture!

Aww, they have turned out exceptionally! And absolutely adorable! Toby's angry face is actually cute, as well as Honey's head tilt. Great work, Jane!
