Me: *bemoaning the fact that even after a year of trying, I still run like I'm pulling a double-decker bus*
Mr D: Well, if you're making no progress, and you obviously don't enjoy it, why don't you sign up for Parkrun or something?"
Me: That's the weekend, isn't it?
Mr D: Yes, Saturday morning I think.
Me: Why the hell would I want to get up at the fart of dawn on Saturday to flog my arse round some bloody park when I could be chilling out down the coffee shop with a cappuccino and a croissant?
Mr D: Why do you think I said 'why don't YOU sign up for Parkrun?'
