Holy fucking shit, really?! Wow!

I really see this as the fans' achievement. You guys are fueling this show like I don't think any other fandom ever has, and possibly ever will. Ever since a letter writing campaign brought back the original Star Trek series I have never been in doubt about what a fandom can achieve, but this is just amazing. These two men are surrounded by CW shows populated with twenty-somethings, Supernatural could easily have gone the way of Smallville long ago. But Sam & Dean are still going strong because of your steady ratings, your convention attendance, your fiction and art and videos, your dominating sites like Tumblr, your constant outpouring of attention and affection. The things you do for these Winchester boys.

Congratulations, SPN fandom. You fucking rock!
