Snowflake Challenge - Day 10

Unfortunately I missed yesterday as my work day spilled over into my home evening, but tonight, I've had the chance to catch up for day 10 with a multi-purpose fanwork!
A few years ago, I made a fun little piece of digital art; a mock-up of Dean Winchester's favourite reading material, Busty Asian Beauties, reimagined to appeal to us fangirls! It's one of my first digital pieces, and although it's not my best, it's still one of my favourites.

Now when I saw the challenge for Day 10, I thought of a perfect opportunity. I have a friend currently in hospital who, I'm sure, could do with a little fandom fun, so for today's snowflake challenge, I've created an updated version just for her!
