My husband recently "threatened" to play FOX News in our house on every television, in surround sound, 24/7. I said, "I hope you and your second wife will enjoy that!"

I'm grateful we can joke about things like that; not everyone married to an opposing political party member can.

Maybe I'll threaten to make the Huffington Post his laptop homepage. :)

I take my hat off to you - that must be a very difficult thing to do, particularly in today's horrible political climate. I know there are lots of republicans who are perfectly decent, reasonable people. Unfortunately, they're not the really vocal ones, as the orange one and his cringing lackeys unfortunately demonstrate.

For the record, its the same here - there are many perfectly reasonable and decent people who for their own reasons voted for Brexit, but the ones you hear from on the news etc, are the ones that seem to think that we now have carte blanche to insult and attack european (and other) immigrants, because apparently that's what Brexit means. :(

I literally had to cover my mouth as I burst out laughing. I'm surrounded by hotel guests in the restaurant and I would have gone bright red like a tomato. I'm still laughing.
