Okay, so I know I said I wouldn't bore you all with this story any longer but, seriously, I think my bruise has taken on a life of it's own ...

I've been using Arnica which has doe a wonderful job, but funnily enough, I heard someone else say Vapour Rub was good for bruises.
I hope there isn't a next time but if there is … I know what to do!
