Fanfic: Blood Brothers

Phew ... this fic took on a life of it's own!  Part of me is glad it's done, the other part is really sorry it's over :)

So, without further ado ...

BLOOD BROTHERS
Rating: T for a little bit of language and fairly graphic violence/fight scenes
Genre: Angst/Drama/Hurt Comfort/casefic - bit of history and humour thrown in.
Characters: Sam, Dean, Bobby, OMC (minor)
Word Count: approx 30,000

The boys find themselves far from home in a situation where the phrase 'fighting for your life' takes on a terrifying new meaning.

How would I make a PDF? Presumably it needs to be posted on the web somewhere so it's accessible?

Any tips will be gratefully received!

If you have it in word as one document instead of saving it, click on save then choose Print, you should then get an option to save as PDF.

You need to format the document first with a nice readable font that goes well in kindles and e-readers - I use candara size 12 but calibri or ariel is quite good too.

Then get a mediafire account set up - it's free and v easy to upload to. When you upload it, just copy the link and point everyone to it.

Alternatively get an AO3 account because that beautiful baby formats everything you post into multiple formats automatically and people can either read it there or download all by themselves.

Ooh, I've got an AO3 account, I was going to get it posted on there in the next couple of days - I'll let you know when I've done it :)

Ha ha I just saw this after I posted my other comment - that's good!
Ao3 is awesome. The formatting is a bit basic (I've had a bit of trouble with the line spacing and such - it loses word formatting like italics and bold unless you use RTF I think) but you can even post pictures with your fics now which is nice. And the e-formatting is wonderfully handy.
