100 Days of Happiness - Day 9

Okay, so I just realised that I'm a complete pillock.  Somehow, I didn't realise that I'd forgotten to post the photos of my lovely day at Harry Potter World with andiivalo back in October!

Therefore, this will be a day of happiness that happened about three months ago!!!

And we'll kick off with me and Buckbeak!







We went in October, so Hogwarts was all decked out for Hallowe'en

It was different! The foam was yummy, but I thought the butterbeer just tasted like Lucozade!

I can't help but wonder how JKR must have felt the first time she walked through that place, saw things like the luggage cart halfway through the platform wall, or the items for sale in the Diagon Alley store windows, and knew it was all inspired by her.

Lucozade??? Oh man, I am soooo disappointed! All my fantasies about this yummy tasty magical drink are now shattered!

(Yes we have Lucozade in Oz. When I was a kid my mum would make me drink it whenever I had a tummy upset!)

I absolutely LOVED HP world when I went, I'm slightly sad I missed out on the hanging pumpkins in the great hall though, LOL! Looks to me like an excellent fun filled fandomy geeky day :D
