Update from Dizzo-Land

Just a quick swing by to say hi!

It's been one of those weeks; busy at work, although having my new assistant is going to help enormously when she's self-sufficient, and then I've been preparing for the peak dapplegrey season.  I'm heading over to the Isle of Wight for the first of three two-day art shows tomorrow.so all week I've been burning the midnight oil, making prints, keyrings, fridge magnets and loading up the car ready for a dawn start tomorrow.

One of the jobs I did this week was to get my nails done.  After much deliberation, I decided to plump for a lovely teal colour;
it's my favourite colour, and something I thought would be pretty and eye-catching for the shows.  However, after I got it done, I realised that my nails were exactly the same colour as my car ...




When I unlocked the car this morning, my fingers disappeared!

Oooh, I love that color. Very pretty. You have nice long fingers. Do you play piano, per chance? You have the perfect length of fingers for playing. I hate my hands. They are all wrinkly. I don't have wrinkles in my face, but I do in my hands.

I love this colour too, I think it's gorgeous.
I don't play the piano I'm afraid, I have no musical talent whatsoever!
My hands get very wrinkly in the winter - it doesn't seem to matter how much moisturiser I put on them, they still look like they're 80 years old!

Hee hee, your nail colour made me chuckle again - having seen it on FB - but it's a gorgeous colour despite blending with your car!

Sounds to me like it's busy busy busy but least you've got all that lovely DG time to look forward to and an assistant to help lighten the load. Loving the nails, but LOL!
