100 Days of Happiness - Day 97

It's been a difficult day here in the UK listening to the terrible events that have been unfolding in London today.  My heart goes out to the people who lost their lives, and those they left behind.  But here in the UK, we're no strangers to terrorism and we're not afraid of it either, so carrying on regardless is the order of the day.

This being the case, a few happy pictures are very much the order of the day:

Sadly, I was at work & missed what happened in London, aside from a brief clip we saw at lunch, before having to go back. I hope you & yours are okay! *huggles*

It's horrible to think that there are people around who are so misguided and twisted as to do that to other people. But unfortunately, Britain is no stranger to terrorism, so we will just do the British thing - keep calm and carry on!

It really is. That's very sad & it feels like it's becoming that way all over the planet, unless you live somewhere in the middle of nowhere with your nearest neighbor up over yonder. I'm glad you're okay & your family too! *huggles*

Thank you. The people of London are very resilient. We put up with 30 years of terrorism during the 'troubles' in Ireland with the IRA, so this moron won't achieve anything. It's just tragic that three good people had to die because of his twisted obsession.

Don't worry about the armadillo. It took me three years to find it!

It was an awful day for London, but wonderful to see how everyone pitched in to help, and have joined together since.

We're a resilient bunch, us Londoners, this prat won't achieve anything. It's just heartbreaking that good people had to die because of his moronic delusions.

We are resilient, the IRA tried hard but didn't break us, and this moron won't either. It's been good to see people of all faiths joining in vigils and standing together.
