It's not like Dean is reacting to Sam dropping his pants to reveal a huge, flushed erection jutting upwards like it's already aiming itself at Dean's mouth. It's not like Dean is gasping at the sheer enormity of it, while at the same time unable to close his mouth because he's subconsciously already dropping to his knees and ... no, thoughts like that don't happen here.
