just_ruth asked what is my favourite spooky story.

In terms of fiction, I do enjoy the writings of Edgar Allan Poe but my favourite 'true' spooky story is a famous ghost story from London, that of the fatally terrible spirit of number fifty, Berkeley Square.  I liked it so much, I wrote an entire casefic based around it!

We were meant to do a horror walk pub crawl for my 30th birthday but we ended up not having the time or cash. We were going to do all the Ripper related pubs, and all the pubs that are meant to be haunted by publicans and/or patrons ;)
