That was the 1st April when I left my old job, and had to say goodbye to so many great people!

Yes. I'm meeting up with my lovely girls for dinner tomorrow night in Windsor, so it wasn't 'goodbye' - just 'see you later'!

Ahhhh, sad but happy tears, too, as you were leaving a difficult situation. The great thing about it though, is that, even though you don't see those friends every day anymore, you are not gone completely from each others' lives as you can still get together for social occasions. So, win, win!

We're not losing touch at all, we all went out for a meal together yesterday night, and it was wonderful!
