My Poor Boy!

My poor boy, he looked so pale and heavy-eyed at Sea con. He looked exhausted.  I heard he'd been poorly at Vegascon; I don't know what was wrong, but he genuinely looked like he hadn't had time to recover by the time Seacon came round.

I hope he gets a chance to rest up and recover soon.  My little hurty/comfort heart is all-of-a-flutter for him!

I saw that picture and was going to post about it, you beat me to it. I also saw one other picture where you could really tell that Jensen was not well. His eyes were really red-rimmed and he looked sweaty, making me wonder if he might have had a fever at some point during the day. Him being ill is the reason he didn't sing at VegasCon. I saw a tweet from one of the paparazzos that stake out the Vancouver airport the weekend before Vegas Con? (can't remember when exactly). But they tweeted that Jensen told them he was sick. Then the next day we see tweets of him picking up dry cleaning, so I wondered about the validity of him being sick. He must have one of those colds where you have it, but it hasn't knocked you down completely. You still feel crummy, but still good enough to do things. It seems he has had this cold for awhile now. I remember hearing something near the beginning of the year where he wasn't feeling well.

It seems he hasn't felt well now for several weeks. And no wonder he isn't better yet what with having to work such crazy hours, flying back and forth to home and then to Cons. There is no Convention this weekend so I hope he takes the time to rest up. Heaven knows he deserves it. And I 'm with you, my h/c heart goes wild for him, just wanting to comfort him, baby him back to health.

In all fairness, we all have to continue our lives regardless of being ill, so him picking up dry cleaning was more than likely him doing exactly as we do, soldier on.

Yes, I would agree with that. Its' just that he looked pretty good in the photos posted. No signs of illness, no droopy eyes, red rims, things like that. That's what I meant.

I hope he has some good time to relax and recover before he comes over to Europe, we don't want him burning out like poor Jared last year!

that's for sure, we don't want Jensen to burn out for his european trip. It doesn't look like he or Jared are going to Australia this year so they won't be gone from home as long, which is a good thing for both of them this year.

On a purely selfish note, we need Creation to stop adding so many dates to the con circuit and/or the boys to say nope, enough's enough because otherwise they'll both be in melt down by the time the season ends and won't come to Europe where they belong! LOL

Poor Jensen he really does look exhausted, and if it's the same virus Steve had I feel really sorry for him, it took my long suffering other half weeks to get over it. I hope Jensen gets some rest soon just so he can recover. And yes my hurty/comfort heart was all of a flutter as well.

He was sick during last year's SeaCon as well. March has to be a tough time for them to go to cons - the filming schedule is nearing the end and they've been filming for nearly 9 months straight. I'm sure they're both run down by March from the filming alone.

They really do put in some crazy hours with the show and the cons as well. I hope jensen (and Jared) get some good time to relax and recover before they come over to Europe!

I've always wondered about their filming and convention schedules being either back-to-back or right on top of each other, and how taxing that must be. Let's face it, these guys are a decade older, it can't be as easy keeping their energy up as it used to be. I just hope that, like Jared, Jensen will take a break when he really needs to.

He does look fucking knackered, doesn't he. Poor guy, I wish they'd say no occasionally, just once ina while so they could recharge, or pull out if they're ill. Last uyear if anything proved that we aren't mean spirited and we wouldn't begrudge them taking the time to be well again! *hugs him tight*

He seemed okay at VegasCon but he didn't sing at the Saturday Night Special. Rich said Jensen wasn't up to it. I figured he needed the rest. The schedule these guys keep is unreal.
