Happy Post: Fandom Friends

I ventured up to London yesterday afternoon, and had a wonderful evening with the gorgeous cuddyclothes

We'd talked about meeting up when she first told me she was coming over to London a couple of months ago, and it was fabulous to finally meet up!

We met up at Waterloo, under the clock, because - well, when you meet at Waterloo, that's what you've gotta do!!  And from there, we went for a lovely stroll in the sunshine along the South Bank.

We ended up in the lovely restaurant in Sea Containers House (which is a lot more sophisticated than it sounds), and I don't think we stopped yakking all evening :)

So that's another wonderful online fandom friend I've been blessed to be able to finally meet in person.  I've done this a few times now, and it never gets any less special.

Thank you cuddyclothes, it was an absolute pleasure, and I hope this won't be the last time we meet up.
