Convention prep ...

'What did you do this mornng...?'

Well, I drove to the town of Ascot, which is only about four miles from my home, wearing a red Ascot to take a selfie by the Ascot town sign (which has apparently not had a lick of paint since the Crimea).

The town of Ascot, or more specifically its racecourse, is where the infamous 'Ascot knot' originated. 



I hope I get the opportunity to show it to the J's, otherwise I would have spent Sunday morning standing by the side of the main road through Ascot being stared at and looking like a right pillock for nothing!!

Okay, so apparently, I'm incorrigible!

I said that I'd done all the portraits I was going to do for signing at the cons, and then I found I had a little bit of time on my hands, and there was one more guest at Starfury that I'd never met before and so ... this happened:



More work to do, but happy with my progress so far!
