Got to say, I'm impressed.

After my posting page threw a wobbly last night, I submitted a support ticket to Livejournal, and within an hour not only was I back up and running, but I had a follow up email to check everything was okay.

Never had to use them before, but I've got to say, I'm impressed. Certainly as compared to the admins over at FF.net who no-one has ever heard from - I think it's run by bots!

I know the times I have had to contact LJ support they have always been very helpful and responsive. How nice for you that they were able to help you so quickly.
