I just had the (dubious) pleasure of watching Stonehenge Apocalypse for the very first time and I have to say ... really, Misha, you deserve so much better than that!

Who on earth did they employ to do the research on that movie?

I only ask because I've just sat and watched 90 miinutes (there or there abouts) of:

British soldiers driving left-hand-drive vehicles around Salisbury Plain
Mountains around the edge of Salisbury Plain
An English primary school with Basketball hoops on the wall of the sports hall
An English military sign spelt 'authorize'
And the clincher ...

Why would anyone think this is an acceptable aerial photo of Stonehenge, I mean ... why?

Since when has Stonehenge been in the middle of a forest?  It's called 'Salisbury Plain' for a reason, people.
And while we're at it, where's the A303, ffs?

Well, I have to say, I haven't laughed so much in ages - and it wasn't even a comedy!

Oh yes, and do Americans really think British folk say 'bloody' in every bloody sentence???

Bloody hell !!

Wow. So not good then : )
I have to say 99/100 times I see the word bloody being used by a british person as a swear word, it's in the context of how we never use it but Americans think we do! It's hilarious : ) x

I know - it got to the point that every time one of the characters said 'bloody', we burst out laughing, and my husband launched into his Dick-Van-Dyke accent!

I think the only person that can really pull it off is Sean Pertwee. Coming out of his mouth it doesn't sound weird but really...only him : )
At least you got a laugh out of it though : ) x

Ahh what a film! They're aren't the words to describe it, and believe I tried. Bloody may have been used a few times, along with "Seriously?" And possible hysterical laughter. It's such a bad film it's actually brilliant. And yes I did feel sorry for Misha, poor lad I bet he had no idea just what he's signed up for.

It's compelling - I'll give it that!

Poor Misha - was that the year he didn't work much on Supernatural?

Noooo, I missed it in favour of 'Stars in Their Eyes' (which is bloody hilarious - you see what I did there?)

To be honest I do actually say 'bloody' a lot (I use it to prevent me saying worse when the kids are in earshot!) My four year old knows its one of those words he can say when he's a grown up...

I know what you mean - I probably say it far more than I think I do :)

What, you guys don't say "bloody" in every sentence? But every film and TV show I've ever seen that was written by American writers, set in American locations, and starred American actors with comically bad fake accents insist that you do!

Are you sure you have a through bloody understanding of your own bloody culture?

No, we don't bloody say it every bloody sentence. We bloody say it every other bloody word, actually!

Bloody hell!

:)

Unfortunately, for a SYFy channel movie, it was actually one of the better ones.

I know, I ;laughed way too much during it, but in the beginning they had some marvelous screamers from doctor Who in the tour group. LOL

There is just something about the way Misha keeps saying "It was a robot head" that just tickles me.

well, the 9.00 o'clock movie on the Syfy Channel was called 'Big Ass Spider'. I'm not sure I could take the excitement of such a sensitively written psychological thriller.

It's so bad, but almost hilariously so :P.

I was flicking channels this morning and saw that it was on at 10 am - I mentioned it to my dad and he decided to record it to see what it was like :P.

Isn't there a drinking game for it? Something about every time they say the word 'electromagnet' :P. I can't hear 'electromagnet' now without thinking of this movie (and I took 4 years of electromagnetism courses at uni :P)... I rewatched S3 of SPN recently and even Dean says it at the end of the Ghostfacers episode!

Oh, I haven't heard about the drinking game, but it wouldn't surprise me. I think I'll have to be drunk if I ever decide to watch it again!

Sounds like a laugh riot :) I honestly don't think I've said bloody since I was a teenager.

Oh no, I must admit, I do say it quite a lot!!
I'm a walking stereotype :)
