My 2014 Annual Review ...

Okay, so everyone else on my F-list seems to be doing this and I'm not ashamed to admit that I'm a complete and utter lemming, so here's my fandom review of 2014 as best I can compile it ...

Once again I've played exclusively in the Supernatural sandbox this year, and although my fan fiction has tailed off a little, it's been probably my busiest year in fandom since I discovered that wonderful madhouse five years ago!

In 2014 I wrote 91,595 lovely words.  The vast majority of these were fandom words, with a scattering of social words.  I've tended not to include words wirtten at work because - well, they're words written at work - but I did make one exception for a 5,000-word paper I wrote on staff benefits which I hoped would lead to everyone getting an extra day's annual leave.

It didn't.

2014 was the year I became a mod at my LJ spiritual home spn_bigpretzel and a big thank you to everyone there for making me feel so welcome - I hope we can continue that relationship and keep bringing the fun and larks and naked Winchesters for many years to come!

No review of 2014 would be complete without an honorable mention for these little guys who acquired their Lj home on 8th July 2014.



Since setting up the community spn_on_parade which exists purely and simply to record the adventures of our adorable minis, along with my partners in crime jj1564 and milly_gal, I've learned that with all you need is a handful of little plastic people, a warped imagination and absolutely no shame to have a total riot - long may it continue!

Thank you to my lovely co-mods and our audience of almost 100 folks who faithfully follow our mini-boys' fun and frolics.  You make our little community one of the most joyful places on LJ!

So that was 2014 - I hope 2015 brings the best of everything to all of you  x
