15. I'll love you if you're broad-minded and accepting and don't judge me for my foibles, I'll love you even more if you're just a little bit of an oddball!
17. My most traumatic experience was seven years ago and it was the stupidest accident in the history of the world. I tripped over a paving slab, and hit my head on a gate on the way down, knocking myself out. That resulted in concussion, a dislocated left shoulder and a multiple fracture of my upper left arm and elbow. That in turn led (at the age of 39) to my very first stay in hospital, my first general anaesthetic and my first operation.
