dizzojay December 27 → 3 goals for next year
I'm not going to set 3 goals for next year, just one.
I went from a year back in 2020/2021 where I put myself first and got myself into a great shape and great headspace to a year (2022) where I've been stone cold last on my list of priorities and things have suffered as a result. My mental health hasn't been in a great place, and I've put on half the weight I lost in 2021 (probably more than half once the Christmas break is over.)
My goal for 2023 is to try to put myself first again and get myself back into a better place both physically and mentally.. I've no idea what that looks like at the moment, and I don't suppose it will be be easy, but that's the plan!
