Well, since getting back from Paris on Monday, I have been knocked sideways by the cold from hell. It appears these French germs were determined to rough me up a little; maybe they were pissed off at me becuse of Brexit, or Waterloo, maybe ... who knows? All I do know is that this is by far the worst cold I'd had for many a year. It's tailing off now, and I'm sitting here sporting a red nose worthy of Ronald McDonald and a residual cough that sounds like I've been on forty a day since I was four and a half, but hey-ho! (And no, it wasn't Covid because I tested negative twice!)

As a result, I've been working from home all this week so that can keep my germs to myself, but tha's been nice as I've had plenty of bunny time.Like this memorable moment when Juniper hopped up on the Windowsill t check out a promising-looking banana. She was most aggrieved to find out it was a banana-shaped novelty wine-bottle holder!

Working from home all week has also given me the opportunity to watch The Winchesters, and keep up with Big Sky uninterrupted. Yup, it's happened. Unsurprisingly, I've fallen for Beau Arlen - he's a cutie!

Yesterday, I had a day off along with Mr D, as the man himself had a birthday! It was uneventful - as he wanted - but there was cake and there was Pixar Movies. The day had Mr D written all over it!! :D
