I was on a low-carb eating plan for about 11 months and lost ~45 lbs, but then I fell off the 'wagon' for a handful of years, borked my blood sugar, and am not on meds and walking. I've lost a bit more weight with the walking, but it would be excellent if I could sync up the exercise and eating. Meals aren't the main problem, in-between snacking is. o_O
