So, it's been a month since I last checked in.  Then my weight was 187.5 pounds.  I weighed in on Friday (before I headed off to the Isle of Wight) and at that point I was 186.5 pounds.  So only a pound lighter than a month ago, but most importantly, I'm keeping things nice and stable, and not just piling weight back on as soon as I came of Noom.

I think I'm  going to give it another month or so of keeping things stable, and then maybe start trying to get a little bit more off.  Let's see how it goes!

That's awesome that you're maintaining your weight & even losing a bit! Keep up the good work & I bet when you do decide to start losing again in earnest the pounds will easily come off! :D
