Well hello!

Today has been fairly uneventful, but that's no bad thing after working until 9.30 last night!  Yesterday was my last day at work before taking this week off as annual leave (hence the mad rush to get everything finished off).  I've got no specific plans, but I've finally got to this point in the year, and acceped the ugly reality that absolutely sod all, travel or convention-wise is going to happen in this train wreck of a year, and so now I find myself high and dry with four weeks annual leave still to take!

So, this morning, I started off the day cleaning birdshit off our gates - yes, life is just one long party here in the Dizzo household.  But we did go out for a nice coffee and a cake later in the day, then had a look round a local car showroom as we're going to buy a new car for Mr D.

Later on, we finished off with fish and chips and a bottle of wine, and sat and watched 'Des' the series about Dennis Nilson, the infamous serial killer.  Like I said, one long party!!!

So anyway, I might be around quite a bit in the next week, so I'll apologise in advance for potentially flooding your feeds with Jensen.  And in th meantime, here's something to make you smile ... it made me 'owl' with laughter!   :D

It's hard to plan any holidays this year, I was lucky enough to be able to get down to Garryvoe this year for my birthday during the summer. I am planning another weeks annual leave during the first week of December. Myself and 2 of my sisters are hoping that cases of Covid-19 around Co. Kerry will be low enough that we can go there, we have booked a hotel for a week. I think by then, all three of us will need it.

You will figure out things to do while you have your week off, something always comes up that needs mending, or tidied up.

The picture of the owl has me in knots of laughter so thank you for that.

Naww, this is too cute!! Speaking of birds - I just looked up some pics of puffins for a graphic challenge, and had to think of your dear husband and his love for these incredible cute birbs! If he needs some pics, pixabay is the perfect place to fish around ;)

Have a wonderful time off work. Staycations can be fun, too. You can make some fun one-day trips, sleep in, restart you exercise program. Do a huge rewatch of all 15 seasons of Supernatural. ;)

Whatever you end up doing, I hope you have a good time. And I will not mind ONE BIT if you flood my email with pictures of Jensen and Dean.
