I feel like I've been celebrating my birthday for week already, and there are still celebrations to come. But I have been overwhelmed by all the lovely gifts and messages I've received from friends, family and workmates alike. It's made the transitition into my fab fifties much less scary than it could be!

Today was the chance to enjoy a special dinner with Mr D in Avebury, a place we both, love for my big day.

I will do a proper post when I've had time to pull all my pictures and shinies together, but in the meantime, here's a picture of me posing with something that is actually older than me :)
