I have two theories - one that apocalypse world Michael will possess him and Dean will agree to free Mary, or Michael will force him. The second is that the Entity will take Dean's form just to cause mischief and perhaps to hurt Cas in some way.
There are also rumours that he might be Lucifer's vessel - Deanifer?!
It's going to be interesting, whatever happens and Jensen will rise to any challenge!
