My challenge is a very simple one - to make someone smile every day. 

Compliment a friend; help a colleague; comment on a piece of fan work, smile at a stranger ... the possibilities are endless!

I do that all the time. So, it would not be hard to continue.

Funny story; I went to Missouri to visit my sister. I did what we do here in Texas, smile, and nod in greeting to EVERYONE I passed on the street. (The Texas motto is 'friendship') They all ran away like I was a knife-wielding maniac. It made me chuckle.

It's funny how societies within the same country can be so different. Here in the UK, people in the south often regard northerners as brash and loud, whereas northerners regard southerners as aloof and stand-offish!!
