Leaving a job is always a bit nerve-wrecking (even if it's the only sane and/or healthy thing to do) for the simple fact that you don't know where you'll end up. New jobs are scary! So it's twice as awesome when you not only have a job you like and look forward to doing, but that you work with people who make it so much better. And it sounds as if you hit jackpot! :D
