WOW: core. Sam's trying hard to motivate Dean - but Dean's not making it easy for him

Sam stood over Dean and sighed.

"Come on Dean, you can do better than that."

"Bite me, Sam. I'm freaking trying. This was your stupid idea."

"Come on Dean, give it everything you've got."

"Give me a minute Sam, gotta get my breath back."

"Dean, this is pathetic."

"Gaaaahhh…nnnnnggggg….uuuuuuuuuuuggghhhhh….GAH! I did it, Sam, I did it!"

"Well done Dean."

"Well you could look a bit more excited for me, dude – I've worked hard for this."

"Dean, that's one sit up – the exercise program says you've gotta do twelve. Your core's in such bad shape, how are you even still upright?"
