A funny little reflective interlude.

I was in the kitchen today and I saw a big old bumblebee in the garden, and while I was waiting for the kettle to boil, I stood and watched him pootling around.

While I was watching him, a little long-forgotten memory from yonks ago (basically from my childhood, and trust me, that's yonks) popped into my mind and made me smile.  So I thought I'd share it, so hopefully it can make you smile too!

When I was little, to make me laugh, my Dad used to call bumblebees, 'Beeblebums'

And now I can't stop giggling!



An here's a beeblebum er... bum.
