Friends, Romans, Countrymen ...

We have been so very spoiled today with all the Jensen-Bacchus scrumptiousness that's been going on.  Our King Bacchus did look wonderful, and was clearly having the time of his life!

Bacchus is a Roman God.  the God of Agriculture, Wine and Fertility to be precise; and as far as OUR Bacchus is concerned, lack of togas notwithstanding (ok, it was probably a bit nippy for the whole toga ensemble ... *sigh*), I have to say, this is one of my favourite pics from the day.
