Happy Happy Bounce Bounce!

I had a Facebook message yesterday from my great friend Janet, from New Zealand.

She messaged me yesterday to say she's heading over to the UK for a spontaneous flying visit to celebrate her Dad's 75th birthday and her Grandma's (get this) 103rd birthday which both happen in the last week in August.

I haven't seen her since 2014, and she's coming over Saturday next week to spend the day with us!  She's not bringing Pete and the girls over with us, but I'm meeting up with my good buddy and getting the chance to relive nearly 40 years of friendship, so you won't hear me complaining.

In 2012, Janet, Pete and the girls were at the end of a one-year stay back in the UK, and we all celebrated new year together.
