Hardback or paperback:
I love the weight and substance of a hardback, but they're just not practical a lot of the time, so I would normally plump for a papeback or ebook

Borrow or buy:
Buy.  If I love a book, I'll keep it for life.

Fantasy or Sci-Fi:
Both

Love-Triangle or love at first sight:
I love stories where the main protagonists relationship builds over time

Wall shelves or bookcases:
Bookcases

Bad plot with good characters or good plot with bad characters:
I need to care about the characters otherwise I'm wasting my time

Harry Potter or Percy Jackson:
Harry Potter. I haven't read any of the Percy Jackson books.

Booklr or Bookstagram:
Neither, don't know what they are

Contemporaries or Fantasy:
Fantasy

English books or books in your native language:
English is my native language, so English.

Buy in a bookshop or buy online:
Online for convenience, but bookshops still own my soul

Amazon or Book Depository:

Buy because of the cover or because of the description:
The cover often catches my eye, but it's the plot premise that sells it for me.

Alphabetical shelves or color coordinated:
Neither - my bookshelves are a textbook study in chaos.

Whatever's available

Wait to marathon a series or read as they’re released:
As they're released. I don't have time to binge-read an entire series

Indoors on the couch, in the bath or in bed

Cappuccino

Bookmarks or random objects to mark your page:
Random objects, I NEVER dog ear!

Be your favourite character or be their best friend:
It depends on the book; for instance, I'd want to be Hazel in Watership Down, but I'd rather be Ford Prefect in Hitch Hikers guide.

Physical or e-book:
Ebooks for sheer practicality, but nothing beats the feel and smell of a real book.

Read in bed or on a chair:
Either

Audio book or e-book:
Ebook, never really got into audio books

Series or stand-alones:
Either, depending on the story

Reading in the winter or reading in the summer:
Probably tend to read more in the Winter
