Birthday Flyby from Wales

Just taking a little peaceful interlude now the convention is over, and the wifi here seems a bit more stable, to post a brief thank you to everyone's wonderful birthday messages and gifts.  I haven't had the change to sit go through them properly yet, but I'm heading home this afternoon, and I'm looking forward to going through everything (including gifts that have been sent to my home) when I get there.

It's been a great weekend, the con has kept us all busy, and I'll post some pics soon.  My birthday was a blast - It was sio special spending it with friends for a change.   I got fabulous treats from my girls here, saw Gareth David Lloyd (Ianto Jones in Torchwood) in his talk and asked him a question, and rounded off a perfect day with birthday cake and a game of Supernaturalopoly!

It absolutely pee'd down all day on Thursday and Friday (well, it is Wales after all), but as if by magic, the Sun came out gloriously on my birthday, and today is shaping up to be a lovely day too.
