Poor Dean, he's been hurt so badly, I'm worried about his 'dead' hands, his wrists, his arms/shoulders from hanging for so long and of course his flayed back, ouch. Poor Sam and Bobby too, finding him like this, especially when Sam sees the nasty rash all down Dean's legs too. I love the last line though, Dean may be extremely battered and bruised but he's still snarky!
