100 Days of Happiness - Day 56, 57 and 58. What a weekend!

Day 56 and 57: It's been a fabulous, crazy, wonderful weekend at Asylum 17.

All I can say is that all the guests were charming, as always.  Some, like Sebastian Roche, Theo Devaney, Adam Rose, Tyler Johnson, DJ Qualls, Travis Wester, Travis Aaron Wade and AJ Buckley, I've met before, but I've never met Corin Nemec before and Jessica Heafey and Lisa Berry have never attended a con before, so it was lovely to see some new faces.

I'll post some thoughts and some pictures over the next couple of days as I catch up with things, but in the meantime, here's a taster of the general mood ...






Day 58: I got back from Birmingham yesterday evening, and it was lovely to be able to chill out knowing that I'd taken today off work.  Mr Dizz and I spent this morning preparing for this evening's Hallowe'en festivities ...




And following that,  I was able to spend a good couple of hours catching up my latest artwork ...



Back to work tomorrow for four days, we're off up to Kenilworth for a few days R & R at a very lovely hotel, so another long weekend - another short working week.

Can't be bad!

Your porch is fantastic, I bet the trick or treaters love visiting your house! Your horse artwork is so beautiful, thanks for sharing it with us.

I hope you and Mr D have a wonderful weekend in Kenilworth - I think it will be a bit more restful than A17!!

Glad you like the pictures; all the guys were lovely, it was a pleasure meeting them as always.
I'm happy with the horse pictures so far, hoping to get that one finished in the next week!
Barr and I always like to have some fun at Hallowe'en - it appeals to the big kid in both of us!
I think our stay in Kenilworth will be MUCH more restful than A17!

Lisa Berry is beautiful - both outside and in spirit.

Yes, we got quite a lot. I still had masses of candy to eat after they'd been though. Damnit!
I'm looking forward to our weekend away. Mr D and I both need a little bit of R & R xx

Great picture of you and Seb hun :) I do love him, I know he can be a bit much by all accounts but he's a hero of mine.

We didn't get chance to Halloween it up, I had to work last night (shift from HELL so that was appropriate!)

Oh Seb is great fun. Some of his panels can be a bit trying, but in person he's a sweetheart.
Mr D and I always love to have some fun at Hallowe'en. I love seeing all the little tiddlywinks in their costumes. They way I see it, anything that gets kids using their imagination is a great thing!
